Hey there!  It’s been a crazy couple months around here!  I’m really enjoying the Indian Summer we’re having.  It’s just been simply gorgeous! 

It’s the middle of October and the retail stores are marking down the Halloween Costumes, getting ready for the Holiday season!  My daughter and I are going through the toy box, getting ready to sell or donate several toys to make room for Santa!  I love to research what toys are selling and have already shared a ton of information with my subscribers over at Toy Auction Profits.

I’ve also been purging the clothes in my Store, for a few reasons:

1. Toy Sales far outweigh clothing sales over the next couple months.  With limited storage in my office, it’s important to stay organized, the extra shelf space for toys is nice to have.
2. My office is moving!  Come Spring time, my office will be in a different part of the house, the less I have to move, the better.  I don’t want to risk damaging any clothing or risk a stain, it’s important to thin out the inventory while I have good reason to.
3. Bring in the next season!  After Holiday sales are over, think Spring!  Yep, Spring sales will be picking up as early as January – it’s typically the best selling month (for me) for swimsuits, I want to be sure everything is tallied and I know what I need to stock up on while inventory is low.  It’s always good to refresh and restart every once in a while!

Here’s a few of my best selling items over the past month, the new fixed rate listings are working out well for me.  Check out where I’ve gotten these great deals for such an awesome return on my dollar with the rest of my subscribers at Boutique Bargains.

• Mammoth Crocs - Purchased for right around $6 each!  SWEET Deal!  I sold four pairs of these in a couple different colors, ranging from $19.97 – 21.97.  I believe they all sold to overseas buyers as well.  These were all listed in the Fixed Price Format.
• New GAP Girls Spring Bloom Sweater - It’s really easy for me to find better deals IN Gap stores rather than shop online at Gap.com.  I just got done telling my subscribers what to look for in the latest hot selling Gap Collections.  Items will get marked down as low as $4.97 in locations around me.  I sold this sweater at a big discount because of a flaw that was pictured, but made out with a pretty decent profit considering I only paid $4.97.  I sold one in a different color for half the retail price last month, it more than made up for the purchase of both sweaters combined.  Knowing which collection it came from is an added bonus. This was a Store sale.
• Baby Nay Pink Butterfly Dreams Set - Several of these sold, different sizes, through out the year.  They were purchased at an end of season sale from a major department store for $10 each set.  This was a Store sale.
