Back by popular demand! Such a classy dress! I can’t begin to capture the detail along the skirt half of the dress. Brand new with tags from Rare Editions. Top is Black Velvet long sleeve. Waist is a gold satin with a bow on the front, also a functional bow tied in the back. The gold skirt has a shear patterned overlay sometimes referred to as a flocking pattern .
