This adorable dress is by Rare Editions. The top of the dress, with long sleeves, is velvet. The skirt of the dress has a tulle overlay with sequins and crinoline underneath to give it extra party flair. The waistline is adorned with curly ribbons and a matching tulle bow front and back along the waistline.

There is also a cupcake on the chest that has a removable number so you can pass it down to the next generation or use it over again the next year! Dress comes with numbers 3-4-5-6 and a heart so you can use it as a party dress or a birthday dress!

This dress has no zipper or buttons on the back, it just slips on over the head.
